Warranty
Ayansu takes pride in the quality craftsmanship of our products. Each item is crafted with purpose alongside passionate artisans for durability, attention to detail, and a lifetime of beauty. For all qualifying items intended for personal use, we offer a One Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. To file a warranty claim, a proof of purchase is mandatory to facilitate the claim process. Therefore, kindly retain it.
What Shall Be Taken Under Coverage
Ayansu provides a warranty for furniture and décor products assuring that these will be free of material defects in construction or craftsmanship within the first year after the delivery date provided the item has:
- Given proper storage, handling, and assembly
- Maintained with reasonable care
- Used under nominal residential conditions “Defects” would be restrained to blemishes in the materials or assembly which diminishes the functioning or structural strength of the item.
What Shall Not Be Covered
There is limited coverage under warranty, which shall not include but not be limited to:
- Incorrect use or negligence After delivery, any damage inflicted through improper handling, maintenance, assembly, or storage is considered misuse.
- External repairs or modifications Any third-party re-upholstered or altered product will void the warranty.
- Erosion Over Time Changes that may occur over time as a result of using something, for example, the softening of cushion covers or the fading of fabrics accompanied by patina on fabrics and metals.
- All steps in variations Modification in the color, outline, or a intermingling structures of such fabrics as wood, stones, cane, leather or any other form of cloth or garment do not warrant deviations. Such would be synonymous with a woven organic fabric in its handcrafted state.
- Trim Details In such incorporated embellishment as buttons on tufted pieces of furniture, we do not offer cover on such to claimable aspects as their life is strain dependent.
- Intended Use This guarantee is confined to household setting. Purchased items used in other commercial or hospitality placed context will void the warranty.
- 7. Light fixtures Purchased fixtures are only guaranteed non electrical defaults. Warranty does not cover Filament bulbs unless claimable as broken or non functioning within 24 hours of delivery
Steps to Apply the Warranty
If a client has uncloseable defects, during warranty period there is need contract the concerned services through Email support@ayansu.com, we might need additional graphic evidence alongside declaration deed to give the desired resolution.Ayansu will either:
- Fix the product, or:
- Substitute it for a similar valued item (original purchase value) due to defect. Keep in mind:
- No warranty claims will result in a cash return
- Warranty claims will result in no additional period of coverage granted beyond the 12- month limit. • Claims raised after the 3-day period will be considered accepted.
