Refund Policy

At Ayansu, we cere for the quality that goes into each piece that we create. Each item is handcrafted in collaboration with skilled artisans from natural materials using age-old methods. We have deep pride in the design, construction, and craftsmanship of every single detailing, and it is our responsibility to ensure that your experience reflects the same level of care.

Stocked Furniture & Home Decor

We thoroughly check all products prepped for shipment and we encourage the same level of inspection upon delivery. If any form of damage is noticed, please get meticulous with detail and give us a call in the following 24 hour window from receiving the item. In the case that the product is determined to be defective, we will process our claim for a replacement or a refund upon the product’s return. Approved and processed refunds generally take upto 15 days after receiving the product but if the order is pickup is scheduled, a further 30 days needs to be added to the count before it reflects in the account.

Please keep note: There will be no refunds or returns accepted for products that are deemed undeliverable through doorways or entryways. We strongly suggest customers measuring access points before placing the order and checking product dimension.

Custom Orders

Self-customization is available for most Ayansu pieces, as they are made to order according to the dimensions, finishes, and upholstery selected by the customer. Since custom orders are made specifically for you, cancellations, returns, changes, or refunds are not accepted after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or non-defective items.

Personalized & Sale Items

• Monogrammed items or other personalization made at the customer’s request is deemed
custom and therefore, cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance are sold as seen and are non-returnable and nonrefundable

Important Note

We make every effort to accurately represent our products in terms of pricing and product detail; however there may be occasional inaccuracies relating to descriptions, finishes, and imagery. We reserve the right to adjust, cancel or limit orders based on these.

Where replacements are approved, the item will be replaced with the original ordered product.
