Cancellation Policy
Each object is made with mind-blowing precision – whether it is a small décor object or a fully customized piece of furniture at Ayansu, it requires tremendous care. Each order is important to us, which is why we strive to have our policies straightforward, honest, and considerate of time and effort that goes into a handcrafted piece.
Non-Furniture items (Under 5,000)
You may request a cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped. In this case, either a ₹500 charge will be deducted or actual payment gateway charges will be applied, whichever is greater The item cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped unless it arrives damaged or defective. In those circumstances, we will replace the item or refund it after the item is returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued 15 days after approval.
Sofas & Furniture (Custom orders)
Most of our furniture is made to order. These are custom to the size, finish, and fabric of your choice. Since these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order is confirmed and production has started.
A change of mind or not functional reason will not support returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
All Other Products
At this point, we cannot process requests for cancellations or changes once delivery has taken place, and our crew has left the site.
To encourage the feasibility of raising concerns, we request that the customer or a designated responsible party be available to witness the delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items
Kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any reports of damaged or defective products. After inspection, and once returned to our warehouse, we will facilitate a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed after 15 days of receipt of the product and within 30 days if a return is scheduled.
